At lvb, each piece is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before it reaches you.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that purchasing luxury accessories online requires confidence. If you change your mind, we are pleased to offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags
  • Show no signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration
  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any shipping costs incurred.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, lvb will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Special-order pieces
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase an alternative item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, customers are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
